Clinical effect of mistletoe extracts on fatigue

A meta-analysis examined 12 randomized and 7 non-randomized trials on the reduction of fatigue by mistletoe therapy.

The results are similar to the reduction in fatigue after increased physical activity, Yoga, or Tai Chi and Qigong. Mistletoe therapy is therefore a good alternative to those therapies.
